Training Re-Imagined!
Training for Electric Utility Companies can be time consuming and costly, especially for Electric Utility Contractors. While necessary for some training, taking Linemen out of the field means loss of productivity. Additionally, we must still add the costs of training materials and instructors. These costs can never be recovered in the training model we currently use, but what if we incorporated some training into daily Operations? Could we consume training in 30 second - 15-minute segments daily? This would save tens of thousands of dollars and TM Training is making this possible!
