Utilizing TM Training Field Personnel helps your organization capture what really happens in the field day-to-day. Each TM Training team member is a Journeyman Lineman with a minimum of 15 years' field experience. Using TM Training's Observation Platform, we will provide information to let you know if your workforce is complacent, compliant, or committed. Additionally, TM Training can engage field employees to provide immediate coaching and positive reinforcements. Having a non-biased and objective point of view can be beneficial for any organization. TM Training can provide weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly data reporting and an Executive Summary of weekly engagements.
